Chapter 56/60 Work Group Actions Taken

Hot Buttons

"Hot button" items were identified at the June 30th opening session. "Hot button" refers to a topic or subject that is likely to trigger a lot of discussion because of its impact, and/or because there are differing views about how it should be handled. Based in their experiences in working with Chapter 56 and knowledge of the new Federal regulations, Community Work Group members were asked to name their top three "hot button items in developing the Proposed Chapter 60. This information will be used to shape the agenda of future work sessions, providing more time for identified sections.

Bin Items

Items that are more appropriately addressed in the development of implementation guidelines will be referred to a "Bin". Bin items are listed by the date they were first discussed. Go here to view bin items.

Parking Lot

Items that are not directly related to Chapter 60 or the implementation guidelines will be refered to a "Parking Lot." These items can be viewed by going here.
