Offers a variety of support groups on different days and locations for adults with depression, schizophrenia, anxiety and other categories of mental illness. Also offers BRIDGES Education class, presentations throughout the state (including to high schools) on “How to Stay Mentally Healthy,” a “warm line,” peer mentoring, a newsletter, recreational activities and help finding employment.
