Oral Health Training for Families of DD/ID

The Hawaii Oral Health Coalition, Hawaii Dental Service Foundation, and the Department of Health have developed an oral health training program to address the specific needs of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

This FREE training is designed for caregivers, non-dental providers, and families who support those with developmental and intellectual disabilities of any age.

The training will take place on October 25th and November 1st, 2024, with two sessions offered on each day at the DOH DDD Waimano Hale facility.

Seating is limited to 22 participants per session, so early registration is recommended.
