Hilo Footsteps to Transition – In person

The Department of Education, Hilo-Waiakea and Kau-Kea’au-Pahoa Complex Areas, would like to invite you to their in-person Footsteps to Transition Fair, to help families and youth with disabilities think about, plan and prepare for life after high school.  Come learn from knowledgeable presentations and meet local community organizations that can help in the transition from high school to adult life.
