You are invited to attend the Kauai Footsteps to Transition fair on October 1st!  Join us as we “STEP” into transitions, an educational afternoon filled with min-talks and resource tables to help students and their parents/guardians navigate their transition journey towards life and independence after high school. Students and self-advocates can work on advocacy during Q&A with Kauai County Council members and Legislators.

Transition planning begins early!  This event is open to high school, middle school and elementary students, families, teachers, DOE staff and community partners and providers.

From 5:00 – 6:00 pm, a Q&A session will be held with our Kauai County Council Members.
