About SEAC
The Special Education Advisory Council, or SEAC, is Hawaii’s State Advisory Panel under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Its purpose is to advise the Superintendent of the Department of Education regarding the education of all eligible children with disabilities.
