DESCRIPTION:The Special Education Advisory Council (SEAC) meets once a month during the school year.  The mission of SEAC is to guide and assist the Hawaii Department of Education in fulfilling its responsibility to meet the individual needs of children with disabilities. \nThe public is welcome to attend and there is a time set aside at each meeting to hear concerns and comments from parents\, stakeholders and community partners. \n
