DESCRIPTION:Aloha SPIN Network & Organizations\, \nWe are so sorry to share the news that our April 18th SPIN Conference has been postponed.  The decision to delay the conference was made after receiving guidance from the Hawaii Department of Health\, the Hawaii Department of Education and the UH Campus Center.  SPIN and our conference co-sponsors are working hard to secure a new location and date for later this year\, and we will let you know as soon as we are able. If you have already sent in your table display and/or registration fees\, and we are able to secure a new venue and date\, we will be happy to roll your registration fees over to the new date. If you prefer a refund\, we are happy to accommodate your request by issuing a refund check or returning your original check\, if it has not yet been deposited. \nPlease choose one of the options below and either email spin@doh.hawaii.gov or call us at 808-586-8126 to let us know what you would like to do regarding your registration fees. \n\nI/we have sent our registration fees in to SPIN and our check has been cashed.  Please hold our payment until a new date and location has been chosen.  We will make a decision at that time if we can attend and if we will need a refund or not.\nI/we have sent our registration fees in to SPIN and our check has been cashed.  Please refund our payment. I understand it may take a few weeks to process our refund.\nI/we have sent our registration fees in to SPIN but our check has NOT been cashed yet.  Please send our check back to the address on our registration form.\nI/we are being sponsored by an agency or organization.  Please hold our registration form and let us know when the new date and location will be.  We will let you know if we are still able to attend at that time.
