Join us as we build a “strategy bridge” for each county which includes:
A plan to bring together partners to learn from each other and identify opportunities for collaboration and connection
Access to centralized information on programs, services, and supports for children with special needs
An advocacy toolkit to pitch the idea to county decision makers
