Footsteps to Transition Fair, Oahu

FreeThe Leeward District of Oahu is proud to host the annual Footsteps to Transition Fair – in person – THIS Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 8:30am- 12:00pm at Ewa Makai Middle School.
The Footsteps to Transition Fair is a FREE event designed for students with disabilities and their families, along with school staff and community partners, to help in making a successful transition from high school to adult life and independence. It’s never too early to start thinking about and planning for transition, we welcome families who have children with disabilities in elementary, middle and high school! The Fair will have exhibitors who will share their programs and services for young adults, short presentations around transition topics and networking opportunities.
