It’s never too early or late to start planning! Footsteps to Transition is a FREE event for students with disabilities and their families to help make a successful transition from high school to adult life and independence.  We hope you can join us for this AWESOME event!

1:00 – 4:00 pm: Open to network with vendors

4:00 pm: Welcome

4:10 – 5:00 pm: Speakers/Presentations

5:00 pm: Program Guide and BIG GIVEAWAYS

5:10 – 6:00 pm Open to network with vendors
