Dr. Ruben Frescas, Chief of Children with Special Health Needs Branch will be hosting a Town Hall Meeting for families and community partners on Friday, December 12, 2025, 10:00am – 12:00pm at the Hilo State Office Building, 75 Aupuni Street, Conference Rooms A & B. Metered parking is 25 cents for 30 minutes (quarters only).

- Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention
- Children with Special Health Needs (Specialty Support Program)
- Early Childhood
- Early Intervention Services (0 to 3): Easter Seals Hawaii

- Hi’ilei (3 to 5) Developmental Screening
- Newborn Metabolic Screening
