Research shows that yoga can help heal anxiety\, back pain\, depression\, headaches\, fatigue\, stress\, and more. Most importantly\, yoga is accessible to ALL.  \nIf you have never tried yoga before\, that’s perfectly alright! Our yoga classes are inclusive and designed for all levels and abilities. \n\n\n\n\nClasses cost $10 each\, however\, no person will be turned away due to lack of funds. \nYour first class is free! \nPlease email us directly at events@kakouclub.org if you need assistance. \n\n\n\n\nCaretaking and parenting is hard work\, often a full-time job\, and comes with stress and overwhelm. While caretaking never stops\, it is still important to find time for yourself.
