North Hawaii Transition Fair

FreePlease join us for a full day of resources that help students with disabilities, and their families, as we prepare them for life after high school. You will have the opportunity to speak with parent support groups, resources in planning for healthcare, education and employment, along with learning about self-determination and advocacy skills. There will be guest speakers, student spotlights and activities for students as well.
Transition planning begins early! This event is open to high school, middle school and elementary students, families, teachers, DOE staff and community partners and providers across the island of Hawaii.
Registration opens at 8:45 and we will be providing a FREE LUNCH while supplies last, provided by one of our fabulous sponsors! Walk-ins are welcome, but if you can pre-register, it will help us plan for food and supplies.
