Nutrition and diet are the foundation of health. Let’s explore ways to improve your child’s eating habits as well as how to navigate a specialized diet. Come out and hear what other parents have done and get ideas on meals and how to get your kid to try new foods. After the coffee talk, we’ll take a walk around the store to see how you can start a GFCFSF diet today. You can get ideas on what to buy and how to eliminate and replace foods to get started.
