A free public education facility that provides services to Hawaii’s deaf, blind and deaf-blind students. HSDB provides and ASL bilingual-bi-cultural program that follows the tenets of a bilingual, bi-cultural philosophy. Both ASL and English are respected and used in instruction. Provides an academic boarding program for some students as determined by their IEP.
